RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com or (323) 641-7443 with your order number. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging (with tags attached), and must arrive at our processing center within 14 days of delivery.
Once your requested return is approved, we will email you a pre-paid return label.
Within 5-10 business days of our receipt of an authorized return package, we will refund the purchase price in the original form of payment. Orders shipped for free are eligible for free return shipping. Your banking institution may impose additional processing time before posting our refund to your account.
Only merchandise purchased through our website is eligible for returns.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. We ask that you execute an authorized return and place a second order.
All sale and discount items expressly marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting the above-described requirements.
